Help identifying my plant? Rosary Vine

Hello, can you tell me the name of my plant? Thank you.

Hi Arden,

Your plant looks like a Rosary Vine Plant (String of Hearts). The scientific name is  Ceropegia woodii

Small green heart shaped leaves on Rosary Vine Plant

Rosary Plant
Ceropegia woodii

Rosary Plants likes very bright indirect lightVery few houseplants should be placed in direct sun. High light refers only to bright indirect light since direct sun often burns the leaves of indoor houseplants. An area that is too hot and dry encourages Spider Mites and causes blooms to quickly fade. A northern exposure really doesn't provide enough light for high light plants. These plants need to be placed directly in front of an east-facing window, within 1-3 feet of a west-facing window, and within 5 ft. of a south facing window. A high light area has over 300 ft. candles of light.. Allow the soil to dry out before you water to prevent root rot. This plant becomes dormant in the winter and needs even less water. Fertilize every other week in the spring and summer. Dilute the plant food to 1/2 the recommended strength. Be sure there are drip holes in the bottom of the pot and use a sandy soil that drains quickly.
