Hi,

Your plant is called a Rubber Tree plant. I see the brown spots on the leaves. These look like they were caused by the direct sun burning them or low temperatures damaging them. Rubber Tree houseplants do well in warm temperatures between 70-80 degrees with a night-time temperature around 65 degrees. Keep them away from cold drafts, air conditioners, heaters, direct sun, and fireplaces.

It looks like an environmental issue rather than a systemic plant problem. You can read all my care tips on how to grow and maintain a Rubber Tree plant in the Popular Houseplants section of the website. The picture is of the Red Burgundy variety but the care is the same.
