Please Help me identify this plant

Your plant is called a Dracaena Warnekii. If the stripe is yellow rather than white, the sub-variety is Lemon Lime. The brown tips I see is probably being caused by too much plant food or too much fluoride or chlorine in the water you are using. Always dilute your plant food to 1/2 the recommended strength and never fertilize a Dracaena in the winter. Also, never use water that has passed through a softener. It contains too much salt.
