Plant Identification: Oyster Plant (Moses in the Cradle Plant)

Your plant is called a Moses in the Cradle (Tradescantia spathacea). It has  many alternative names such as Oyster Plant, Moses-in-a-Boat, Boat Lily, Cradle Lily, and Moses-in-the-Bullrushes.  Treat a Moses-in-the-Cradle Plant as you would a Succulent Plants and it will grow beautifully.
