Identify Plant – Aloe Vera Plant

I have this very fertile plant. Would you please tell me what it is? I rescued it from a friend. Since I have had it I have changed pots twice because it kept having babies and forcing mom from the pot. I have since separated the babies and they are growing like crazy too! Would you tell me how they should b cared for if there’s something I’m not already doing. Without knowing what it is I’m lost as to what to do next.
