Your plant looks like a Ixora hybrid Hindu Rope Plant.
Hoya Plants do well in bright, indirect light but no direct sun, temperature around 75 degrees during the day and 10 degrees cooler at night. Hoya Plants are succulents so water until the water drains out the drip holes in the pot and then allow the soil to become fairly dry before watering again. This is a flowering plant and if the soil becomes too dry, the flower buds fall off. Feed a Hoya monthly in the Spring and Summer when it is actively growing. Do not feed a Hoya in the Fall and Winter.
