Help identifying this houseplant
I was given this houseplant. However, the plant marker is for a general tropical plant. The leaves remind me of lemon tree leaves. Thank you!

I think your plant looks like a Gardenia Plant.
Gardenia Plants have beautifully scented, waxy, white flowers, and glossy green leaves, but are very temperamental plants and won’t put up with neglect.
