Dracaena Getting Yellow leaves

I received this plant from a funeral. I looked in your plant list and could not find it. The leaves are turning yellow, but I don’t know what type of plant it is. And don’t know how to take care of it. Please help if you can. It was from my mother in law funeral and I don’t want it to die. Thanks, Katie

Yellow leaves on Dracaena Marginata — Dracaena Marginata with Yellow Leaves

Your plant is a Dracaena marginata. It is a stalk plant and it is normal for it to lose its bottom leaves as long as it is getting new leaves at the top. Pull off the yellow leaves and try giving the plant just a LITTLE more water.
