HousePlant is Pilea Moon Valley

I purchased this plant and somehow when I transplanted it I lost the information card for it as I normally make sure to put it in with the plant in its new home. Please help me identify it so I can know where I need to put it in my indoor garden.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Juanita,

Your plant is a Pilea involucrata Moon Valley, often referred to as the Friendship Plant. Place a Friendship Plant near a window, but not in direct sun. Pilea Moon Valley loves high humidity but does not like cold drafts, air conditioners blowing on them, or being near a heating vent. Moon Valley Pilea is part of the same family as the Aluminum Plant listed in the Popular HousePlant section of the website and has the same plant care requirements.
