Hi Judy, my grandmother has a prolific green thumb and recently gave me these two plants. Can you help me identify them? You might notice that on one of the plants, there are brown spots at the tips of the leaves (they appeared a couple months after I took the plant home and placed it in indirect light in a south-facing window.) Thanks!
The first plant looks like a flowering succulent plant called a Kalanchoe. You can read my care tips in the Popular Houseplant section of the website: https://www.houseplant411.com/houseplant/kalanchoe-how-to-grow-care-tips
The second plant looks like a flowering bulb plant called a Clivia. The yellow and brown tips are from too much water. Here is a link on my article about clivia plants. https://www.houseplant411.com/houseplant/clivia-plant-how-to-grow-care
