Can you please identify my houseplant.
Your plant has several names: Satin Pothos, Pothos Silver Splash, Silver Philodendron or the scientific name Scindapus Pictus Argyraeus. The care for it is just as easy as the care for a regular Pothos plant. Be careful not to over water, allow at least 50% of the soil to dry out and the leaves to droop a little before watering. During the winter, keep your Satin Pothos away from cold drafts from doors and windows. Temperatures below 45F cause the leaves to turn black. Fertilize every two weeks in the spring and summer when the plant is actively growing and monthly in the fall and winter.
