Calathea and Philodendron Bipinnatifidum (formerly Selloum)

Could you please ID these 2 plants for me? Both are top heavy, and tied and one is staked and tied. Thank you so much. The one is in a southeast window and the other is staked and in a northeast window. This one gets browned and yellowed leaves.

This plant is a type of  Calathea. There are hundreds of different varieties with hundreds of different leaf variations. The care is the same as for the Calathea listed in the Popular HousePlant section of the website.

This is a Tree Philodendron (Philodendron bipinnatifidum, formerly known as Philodendron selloum). The care is the same as that for the Philodendron Xanadu listed in the Popular Houseplant section of the website.
